Return Policy:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product in the presence of the delivery personnel to ensure that it meets your expectations and is in good condition.
If you notice any issues such as damage, defects, or expiration, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and reject the product on the spot.

If you do not report the issue at the time of delivery, the product will be considered accepted, and the return or exchange option will no longer be applicable.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will arrange an exchange provided that:

  • The product is unused, and
  • The manufacturing seal remains intact.

If an exchange is not possible and you have made an advance payment, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date your claim is received.

Refund Policy:

In the rare event of a delivery failure, we will issue a full refund of your payment.

If you choose to cancel the order at the time of delivery, a delivery fee will apply, and the product must be returned in its original, unused condition with original packaging.

Exchange Policy: 

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The manufacturing seal must be intact.
  • The desired replacement product must be available in stock.

Delivery charges will apply for all exchange shipments.
Our Customer Service Team can assist in confirming product availability.

Order Cancellation Policy: 

Order cancellation is only possible before the order has been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at: +880 1886 983 038 as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may refuse delivery, and upon return of the package to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. 

If such cancellation occurs, you will be notified and issued a full refund promptly.
