Delivery Time: 

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery typically within 24–48 hours but may take up to 5 days subject to product availability in stock.
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically within 2–4 days but may take up to 10 days subject to product availability in stock.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, special sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • For urgent delivery requests, please contact customer support for assistance.

Product Returns: 

  • Customers are advised to inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted for incorrect or mismatched products, provided the item is unused and the original seal is intact.
  • If the product cannot be exchanged and you have made an advance payment, a refund will be issued within 7–10 working days upon receiving your claim.

Refunds: 

  • A full refund will be issued if delivery cannot be completed by us.
  • If you cancel your order before shipment, a delivery/processing fee may apply, and the product must remain in its original condition.
  • Advance payments will be refunded within 7–10 working days after the claim has been submitted.

Exchanges:

  • Products must be unused and returned with the original seal intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability in stock.
  • Delivery charges apply for all exchange requests.

Order Cancellations: 

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch/shipping.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team.
  • If a customer refuses delivery after shipment, a shipping cost deduction will be applied before refund.
  • AMITY MART reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
